Despite, it is impossible for everyone to  watch their diet , most people need to know what kind of food to eat.Sicknesses occur as a result when people eat lot of food.  Although, there are many kinds of food, that lead people to sicknesses ; there are some rules for healthy  eating. First, Eating of less processed food is one of the good rules for healthy eating. Since, majority of the food are highly processed, it is better to eat little of them and avoid eating more. For example, according epidemiological studies, heavily process meat are associated with bad health issue. Additionally, eating of much cook food, is a good rule for healthy eating. It is very important, that every one cooks their own food to avoid eating highly processed food. It becomes more beneficiary to an individual, when he /she cooks food for eating. Cook food  helps many people, to avoid eating ingredients that are made to preserve food for longer time.Because food is cooked, it gives good health, better energy, good body support and other nutrients that are healthy. Finally, the eating of light food is a rule for healthy eating. Light food is highly recommended, for everyone. Light food helps the body grow better. All in All, People need to be careful with the kind of food  they eat .

    Although smoking cause series of health problems in many people, yet more people continue to smoke. Smoking had caused series of health problems for many people. Initially, cancer has been one of the desperate problems caused by smoking. This disease has long period of existence in the human body. It also becomes incurable when it is not diagnose early. Additionally, chronic obstructive pulmonary (COPD) is another disease cause by smoking. For example, an individual who contracts this disease finds it difficult to breathe. Most often, people who contract this deadly disease, always experience short life. Finally, stroke is one of the problems that often occur from smoking. For instance, stroke occurs when blood supplying the human nervous system is blocked. Stroke is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Indeed, smoking creates lot of health problems and shortens several lives.
